Abstract
Patente de Invenção:<B>"PROCESSO PARA A PRODUçãO DE BARRAS DE AçO"<D>. A invenção refere-se a um processo para a produção de barras de aço, na qual o lingote deixa uma coquilha com massa fundida líquida envolvida pela casca do lingote e em uma condução de lingote ligada posteriormente, a largura do bocal de polias de guia apoiadas em estruturas é ajustada sem graduação por meio de elementos de ajuste que ligam os quadros inferior e superior, caracterizado pelas etapas seguintes: a) a largura do bocal (s) é modificada com uma oscilação em torno de uma linha central (c) da largura do bocal de tal forma que as influências dinâmicas sobre as polias de guia são desprezivelmente pequenas, b) a amplitude (A) da oscilação da largura do bocal é ajustada em um tamanho que não provoca nenhuma deformação plástica da casca do lingote, c) a largura do bocal (s) atual é registrada, d) é determinada, ao mesmo tempo, a força de ajuste (F) dos elementos de ajuste, bem como, a amplitude (A) da força de ajuste e e) com amplitude (A) crescente da força de ajuste (F), a largura do bocal (s) é regulada para uma medida predeterminada e/ou é conduzida com pressão regulada, através de, pelo menos, um elemento de ajuste.
