Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA LIMPEZA DE SUPERFìCIE, E, DISPOSITIVO PARA REALIZAçãO DO MESMO". Um processo para limpeza de superfícies que estão muito sujas de resíduos de gordura, de amido e/ou de proteínas, especialmente para a indústria de processamento de alimentos, em que as superfícies sujas são tratadas com um agente de limpeza de espuma alcalina, caracterizado pelo fato de que é dosada uma quantidade eficaz de solução de peróxido de hidrogênio ao agente de limpeza de espuma alcalina isento de cloro nos últimos 60 segundos antes do contato com a superfície a ser tratada, para se obter uma espuma de peróxido de hidrogênio para limpeza eficaz.
