Abstract

ESTRUTURA DIANTEIRA DE CORPO DE VEÍCULO. A presente invenção refere-se a uma estrutura dianteira de corpo de veículo que inclui uma seção de corpo principal (21) que se estende para frente a partir de uma porção substancialmente central de um pilar dianteiro em uma direção para cima/para baixo, e um membro superior (5) inclui uma seção de extensão (22) que se estende para frente e para baixo a partir da seção de corpo principal (21). A seção de corpo principal (21) inclui um primeiro membro em formato de L (31). A seção de extensão (22) inclui um segundo membro em formato de L (33). Um dentre o primeiro membro em formato de L (31) e o segundo membro em formato de L (33) tem uma porção de extensão (51) que sobrepõe uma superfície de parede do outro dentre o primeiro membro em formato de L e o segundo membro em formato de L diferente de um flange (41) e um flange (42) do outro do primeiro membro em formato de L (31) e do segundo membro em formato de L (33). A porção de extensão (51) é soldada à superfície de parede por pelo menos uma de uma pluralidade de seções de solda (P1) separadas entre si em uma direção para frente/para trás do corpo de veículo e as seções de solda (P1) soldadas de maneira contínua na direção para frente/para trás do corpo de veículo.
