um dispositivo de microfluidos (1) compreende um substrato (10) transparente para a imagiologia e tem uma pluralidade de canais de células espacialmente definidos e separados (20) que tem uma dimensão para acomodar as células em monocamada. uma respectiva primeira extremidade (22) dos canais de células (20) está em ligação de fluido com um canal de entrada de fluxo (30) que tem uma primeira extremidade (32) em ligação de fluido com uma primeira porta de fluido (31) e uma segunda extremidade (34) em ligação de fluido com uma segunda porta de fluido (33). uma respectiva segunda extremidade (24) dos canais de células (20) está em ligação de fluido com uma primeira extremidade (42) de um canal respectivo de lavagem (40) que tem uma segunda extremidade (44) em ligação de fluido com um canal de saída de fluxo (50). o canal de saída de fluxo (50) está em conexão de fluido com uma terceira porta de fluido (51). os canais de lavagem (40) têm uma dimensão pequena demais para acomodar células.
