Abstract
CANCELAMENTO DE DISTORÇÃO PARA PRODUTOS DE SEGUNDA ORDEM NÃO LINEARES DO AMPLIFICADOR DE BAIXO RUÍDO (LNA). A presente invenção se refere a um dispositivo que inclui uma fase do amplificador de baixo ruído principal, LNA, (410) configurada para amplificar um sinal de comunicação de terminação única (RFin), uma fase do LNA auxiliar (420) acoplada à fase do LNA principal (410), a fase do LNA auxiliar (420) configurada para cancelar produtos de segunda ordem não lineares gerados pela fase do LNA principal (410), e um circuito de carga (430) configurado para receber uma saída da fase do LNA principal (410) e uma saída da fase do LNA auxiliar (420), o circuito de carga (430) configurado para converter o sinal de comunicação de terminação única (RFin) em um sinal diferencial.
