Abstract

resumo patente de invenção: “método para produçãod de parte curva, e membro da estrutura de esqueleto da carroceria de um automóvel”. a presente invenção refere-se a uma parte curva (10) que tem um corte transversal no formato de um chapéu que é produzida através da formação por prensagem sem ocasionar fissuras e enrugamentos. quando a parte curva (10) é produzida, a qual é feita de uma placa de topo (11), paredes verticais (12a) e (12b) que se prolongam em paralelo uma com a outra ao longo das linhas de bordas (14a) e (14b) da placa de topo, e os flanges (13a) e (13b) que se direcionam para fora e que se conectam com as bordas principais das paredes verticais, e que tem um corte transversal no formato geral de um chapéu, através da formação por prensagem, a placa de material de metal (601) é interposta e forçada pelo molde (502) e o suporte de modelo (505) é formada por prensagem enquanto a placa de material de metal (601) está sendo interposta e forçada pelo apoio (503) e a punção (504).
