resumo patente de invenção: "método para fabricação de estabilizador, e dispositivo de aquecimento". a presente invenção refere-se a um método para fabricação de um estabilizador e um dispositivo de aquecimento, em que o método tem a capacidade de suprimir a ocorrência de desigualdade na dureza de uma porção curvada de um produto semimanufaturado do estabilizador e reduzir o tempo do processo em um processo de têmpera. no aquecimento elétrico em uma primeira etapa de aquecimento (etapa a), a temperatura de uma porção interna de um ressalto pode ser aumentada intensamente até uma temperatura (<ua) próxima de uma temperatura alvo (ua) ao passar continuamente uma corrente elétrica. no aquecimento elétrico em uma segunda etapa de aquecimento (etapa c), a diferença de temperatura entre a temperatura máxima atingida da porção interna do ressalto e a temperatura máxima atingida de uma porção externa do mesmo pode ser reduzida ao passar intermitentemente uma corrente elétrica, por meio do que é possível ajustar as temperaturas máximas atingidas a uma temperatura alvo (ua) ou uma temperatura próxima desta. na porção externa, pode ser obtida uma estrutura temperada similar ou aproximadamente similar àquela da porção interna.
