Abstract
1 / 2 resumo “ pro ce sso para preparar ã�cido fã“ rmico â€� a invenã§ã£o refere-se a um mã©todo para produzir ã¡cido fã³rmico, que compreende as seguintes etapas: (a) reagir, de uma maneira homogeneamente catalisada, uma mistura de reaã§ã£o (rg) contendo diã³xido de carbono, hidrogãªnio, pelo menos um solvente polar e pelo menos uma amina terciã¡ria na presenã§a de pelo menos um catalisador de coordenaã§ã£o em um reator de hidrogenaã§ã£o a fim de obter uma mistura de hidrogenaã§ã£o de duas fases (h) contendo uma fase superior (o1), que contã©m o pelo menos um catalisador de coordenaã§ã£o e a pelo menos uma amina terciã¡ria (a1) e uma fase inferior (u1), que contã©m o pelo menos um solvente polar, resãduos do pelo menos um catalisador de coordenaã§ã£o e pelo menos um aduto de ã¡cido fã³rmico/amina; (b) processamento da mistura de hidrogenaã§ã£o (h) obtido na etapa (a) de acordo com uma das etapas seguintes: (b1) separar da fase a mistura de hidrogenaã§ã£o (h) obtido na etapa (a) em um primeiro dispositivo separador de fase na fase superior (o1) e na fase inferior (u1) ou (b2) extrair o pelo menos um catalisador de coordenaã§ã£o da mistura de hidrogenaã§ã£o (h) obtido na etapa (a) em uma unidade de extraã§ã£o com um agente de extraã§ã£o contendo a pelo menos uma amina terciã¡ria (a1) a fim de obter um rafinato (r1) contendo o pelo menos um aduto de ã¡cido fã³rmico/amina (a2) e o pelo menos um solvente polar e um extrato (e1) contendo a pelo menos uma amina terciã¡ria (a1) e o pelo menos um catalisador de coordenaã§ã£o ou (b3) separar da fase a mistura de hidrogenaã§ã£o (h) obtido na etapa (a) em um primeiro dispositivo separador de fase na fase superior (o1) e na fase inferior (u1) e extrair os resãduos do pelo menos um catalisador de coordenaã§ã£o da fase inferior (u1) em uma unidade de extraã§ã£o por meio de um agente de extraã§ã£o contendo a pelo menos uma amina terciã¡ria (a1) a fim de obter um rafinato (r2) contendo o pelo menos um aduto de ã¡cido fã³rmico/amina (a2) e o pelo menos um solvente polar e um extrato (e2) contendo a pelo menos 2 / 2 uma amina terciã¡ria (a1) e os resãduos do pelo menos um catalisador de coordenaã§ã£o; (c) separar o pelo menos um solvente polar da fase inferior (u1), do rafinato (r1), ou do rafinato (r2) em um primeiro dispositivo de destilaã§ã£o a fim de obter um destilado (d1) contendo o pelo menos um solvente polar, que ã© alimentado novamente ao reator de hidrogenaã§ã£o na etapa (a) e uma mistura da fase inferior de duas fases (s1) contendo uma fase superior (o2), que contã©m a pelo menos uma amina terciã¡ria (a1) e uma fase inferior (u2), que contã©m o pelo menos um aduto de ã¡cido fã³rmico/amina (a2); (e) clivar o pelo menos um aduto de ã¡cido fã³rmico/amina (a2) contido na mistura de fundo (s1) ou opcionalmente na fase inferior (u2) em uma unidade de clivagem tã©rmica a fim de obter a pelo menos uma amina terciã¡ria (a1), que ã© alimentada novamente ao reator de hidrogenaã§ã£o na etapa (a) e ã¡cido fã³rmico, que ã© descarregado da unidade de clivagem tã©rmica, em que o monã³xido de carbono ã© adicionado ã fase inferior (u1), o rafinato (r1), ou o rafinato (r2) diretamente e/ou durante a etapa (c) e/ou monã³xido de carbono ã© adicionado ã mistura de fundo (s1) ou opcionalmente a fase inferior (u2) diretamente e/ou durante a etapa (e).
