Abstract

processo e dispositivo auxiliar de controle na produção da traversabilidade de tubulações. a presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo auxiliar no controle de tubulações em aço em produção e ao respectivo processo de utilização. o dispositivo compreende, por um lado, uma estação para adquirir dados de medida representativas de medidas físicas feitas do exterior sobre a geometria de uma tubulação. ele compreende, por um lado, um sistema informático capaz de armazenar dados de gabarito aplicáveis em um sistema de coordenadas e representativas da geometria máxima de um corpo de calibragem. em um sistema de coordenadas escolhido, o sistema realiza em seguida uma representação tridimensional de partes de tubulação. para cada parte da tubulação, o sistema é ajustado para determinar uma grandeza crítica, representativa da margem de passagem do corpo de calibragem no interior de uma parte escolhida da tubulação. o processo e o dispositivo da invenção podem assim estabelecer um diagnóstico da traversabilidade da tubulação por um corpo de calibragem.
