Abstract

Un dispositivo de ayuda para el control de tubos en acero en producción y su procedimiento de utilización. El dispositivo comprende una estación para adquirir los datos de medición representativos de mediciones físicas realizadas en el exterior sobre la geometría de un tubo. Comprende por otra parte un sistema informático capaz de almacenar los datos de plantilla aplicables en un sistema de coordenadas y representativas de la geometría fuera de todo un cuerpo de calibrado. En un sistema de coordenadas elegido, el sistema realiza a continuación una representación tridimensional de partes de tubo. Para cada parte del tubo, el sistema se dispone para determinar un tamaño crítico, representativo del margen de paso del cuerpo de calibrado en el interior de una parte elegida del tubo. El procedimiento y el dispositivo de la presente pueden de este modo establecer un diagnóstico de la atravesabilidad del tubo por un cuerpo de calibrado.
