Abstract

material flexível altamente absorvente. a presente invenção refere-se a uma estrutura absorvente com uma sequência de camadas, compreendendo pelo menos uma primeira e uma segunda camada externa e pelo menos uma camada acumuladora de líquido disposta entre as duas, sendo que as camadas, sendo que pelo menos a camada acumuladora de líquido apresenta um material de celulose, de preferência fibras de celulose, e um polímero superabsorvente sap preferencialmente partículas de sap, sendo que a camada acumuladora de líquido apresenta pelo menos uma quantidade menor, de preferência, nenhum, de agente aglutinante do que as camadas da estrutura absorvente que absorvem o líquido, vizinhas à camada acumuladora de líquido. a estrutura absorvente apresenta uma flexibilidade especialmente alta em estado molhado e também em estado seco. de preferência ela pode ser usada de artigo descartáveis. a presente invenção também sugere um processo para a produção e um dispositivo para a produção para a estrutura absorvente.
