Abstract
método e ferramenta de produção de anéis transportadores com dente pontiagudo. trata-se do uso de anéis transportadores com dente pontiagudo, que podem ser produzidos a partir de placas pré-fabricadas (51) ou de tiras de chapa metálica (50) desenroladas de uma bobina, em corpos de acoplamento em sistemas de sincronização de mecanismos de engrenagem de veículo que exige um alto nível de precisão dimensional e ausência de rebarbas, assim como um nível consistentemente alto de qualidade e resistência ao material na formação de dentes fornecedores de perfil e na formação de dentes pontiagudos. o método compreende essencialmente quatro etapas do método que envolvem o posicionamento rotacionalmente fixo e central (1 a 4), que, juntamente com as etapas respectivamente subsequentes do método de estampagem (11 a 15) e corte (10, 16, 17), prosseguem, conforme visto na direção de sequência do método (8), com cada movimento de execução da parte de ferramenta superior (40) de uma ferramenta de corte e formação de múltiplas plataformas e de uma transferência de parte de chapa metálica. o projeto da ferramenta é caracterizado pelas punções de busca de posição (30), que são dispostas em cada plataforma da ferramenta, e pela punção de estampagem de formato de dente pontiagudo (32) e outras punções de estampagem e corte (31 a 38).
