Abstract

"INSTALAçãO E PROCESSO PARA LAMINAR TIRAS A QUENTE COM UMA ESTRUTURA DE CILINDROS DE TIPO STECKEL". A presente invenção se refere a um processo e a uma instalação para laminar tiras a quente com uma estrutura de cilindros reversível do tipo Steckel (8), que é dotada em cada um de seus lados, de um sarilho de forno (9, 10) e de um dispositivo propulsor (17, 18) posicionado entre o sarilho de forno (9, 10) e a estrutura de cilindros de tipo Steckel (8). Para poder cortar tiras quentes particularmente finas, a presente invenção propõe que a tira seja cortada durante o processo de laminação reversível na estrutura de cilindros de tipo Steckel (8), por meio de uma única tesoura volante de recortar (20), que está posicionada entre um dispositivo propulsor (17) e a estrutura de cilindros de tipo Steckel (8). Em particular, no caso da tesoura de recortar, trata-se uma tesoura de recortar de facas em tambor.
