Abstract

"ATIVADOR DE VáLVULA DE MúLTIPLOS PISTõES". A presente invenção refere-se a um ativador pressurizado, operado por fluido, que tem superfícies de pistão múltiplas para prover uma maior força de saída. O ativador inclui um cilindro estacionário que contém um cilindro móvel tendo várias camadas internas separadas por pistões internos estacionários. As câmaras internas estão em comunicação fluida com os orifícios de extensão e de retração providos na parede de cilindro estacionário. A introdução de fluido pressurizado no orifício faz com que o fluido de pressão atue em 'n' superfícies do pistão para retrair o cilindro móvel. A introdução de fluido pressurizado no outro orifício faz com que a pressão de fluido atue em superfícies de 'n+1' pistões para prover uma maior força de saída sem aumentar os diâmetros dos cilindros e sem aumentar a pressão do fluido.
