Abstract

"PROCESSO CONTìNUO DE PREPARAçãO DE COMPOSIçõES, COMPREENDENDO SìLICA, FRITA PARA LADRILHAMENTO, FORNO PARA A FUSãO CONTìNUA DE UMA COMPOSIçãO, E, DISPOSITIVO DE PREPARAçãO DE COMPOSIçõES DE VIDRO". A invenção refere-se a um forno para fundir continuamente um composto que contém sílica. O forno da invenção compreende pelo menos dois banhos dispostos em série (1, 2, 3), cada banho sendo dotado de pelo menos um queimador submerso (4) em material fundido. A dita invenção também se refere a um processo para a produção de compostos que contenham sílica com a ajuda do forno, a sílica e a massa fundida da mesma sendo introduzidas no primeiro banho. A invenção torna possível realizar a produção com alto desempenho de fritas colorantes para vidro, fritas para ladrilhos e de esmalte a uma baixa temperatura e a um curto período de tempo de transição.
