"FORMAS DE DOSAGEM FARMACêUTICA E MéTODO PARA A PRODUçãO DAS MESMAS". Formas de dosagem farmacêutica são produzidas por moldagem por injeção de uma mistura de um agente ativo e um polímero sob pressão, na presença de um gás ou fluido super-crítico. A liberação rápida da pressão faz com que a mistura forme um sólido microcelular ou supermicrocelular. A liberação de pressão ocorre no molde. o processo é especialmente útil para a produção de comprimidos gastro-retentivos e de dissolução instantânea, duráveis.
