Abstract
"PROCESSO E INSTALAçãO DE LAMINAçãO PARA A PRODUçãO DE ARAME, BARRAS OU TUBOS SEM COSTURAS". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a produção de arame, barras ou tubos sem costuras, em uma instalação de laminação para a laminação de material metálico aquecido, abrangendo - olhando-se na direção de laminação - opcionalmente um laminador de perfuração, um laminador de estiramento com múltiplas armações servindo de estágio de estiramento principal (4), um laminador extensível (6), um laminador acabador (10) e um bloco de laminação de arame (14), bem como dispositivos conectados antes, entre ou depois, tais como um forno de preaquecimento e um forno de reaquecimento (11), filetes de laminação(14), e um resfriadouro (13), no estágio de estiramento principal (4) é empregado um laminador contínuo com 3 cilindros (3) e ele é usado tanto para a laminação de perfuração na produção de tubos, quanto para a laminação massiva, na produção de barras, arame ou similar, sendo que para isso, no caso da laminação massiva, uma barra de mandril, inserida para a laminação de perfuração, é levada para uma posição fora de operação, e cilindros de aço em barras já preparados, com cilindros calibrados para uma redução usual de diâmetro maior do que no caso de laminação de tubos, são trocados pelos cilindros calibrados para a laminação de tubos. Uma instalação de laminação apropriada para a execução do processo apresenta no estágio de estiramento principal (4) um laminador contínuo de 3 cilindros e várias armações (3), configurado para a admissão de cilindros de aço em barra ou cilindros de tubos, e um dispositivo para o afastamento da barra de mandril.
