Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA DECAPAR DE MODO CONTìNUO TIRA DE AçO INOXIDáVEL". A presente invenção se refere a um processo para decapar tira de aço inoxidável laminada a quente, laminada a quente e recozida e laminada a frio e recozida de modo contínuo. O processo compreende uma série de tanques de pré-decapagem e tanques de decapagem e, opcionalmente, inclui um tanque de limpeza por escovação, um tanque de retirada de fuligem, uma unidade de filtração e ura trocador de calor. O processo inclui uma etapa de pré-decapagem com HF/H~ 2~SO~ 4~ e uma de decapagem com HF/H~ 2~SO~ 4~/H~ 2~O~ 2~.
