Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA AUMENTAR A VELOCIDADE DE CRISTALIZAçãO DE COPOLìMEROS BIODEGRADáVEIS DE POLIIDROXIALCANOATO, PROCESSO PARA FORMAçãO DE UM ARTIGO MOLDADO A PARTIR DE UM POLIIDROXIALCANOATO BIODEGRADáVEL, BEM COMO ARTIGO MOLDADO ASSIM OBTIDO". Trata-se de um processo para aumentar a velocidade de cristalização de um primeiro poliidroxialcanoato biodegradável que compreende um copolímero ou uma mistura deste, de pelo menos duas unidades monoméricas de repetição aleatória (RRMU), sendo que a primeira unidade tem a seguinte estrutura (I): em que R^ 1^ é H, C1 alquila ou C2 alquila, n é 1 ou 2 e a segunda RRMU é diferente da primeira RRMU e compreende pelo menos um monómero selecionado do grupo das estruturas (II) em que R^ 2^ é uma C3-C19 alquila ou C3-C19 alquenila, e (III) em que m é 2 a aproximadamente 16, e em que o copolímero tem um ponto de fusão Tm1, pela misturação em solução ou pela misturação em fusão do primeiro poliidroxialcanoato biodegradável com (b) um segundo homopolímero ou copolímero de poliidroxialcanoato biodegradável cristalizável que compreende pelo menos uma unidade monomérica de repetição aleatória que tem a seguinte estrutura (IV): em que R^ 3^ é H, C1 alquila ou C2 alquila, e p é 1 ou 2. O segundo poliidroxialcanoato biodegradável tem um ponto de fusão Tm2, sendo que Tm2 é pelo menos cerca de 20<198>C mais alto do que Tm1. Também são apresentados os processos para a formação de artigos moldados a partir da mistura dos componentes (a) e (b).
