Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE UMA ESPUMA DE POLIURETANO FLEXìVEL, E, ESPUMA DE POLIURETANO FLEXìVEL". Processo para preparar uma espuma flexível, que compreende reagir um índice de isocianato de 70 a 130, preferivelmente de 80-120, de modo mais preferido de 100-115,1), 40-65 e preferivelmente 45-63 partes, em peso, de uma composição de poliisocianato, que compreende a) 80-100%, em peso, de um componente de diisocianato de difenilmetano (MDI), que compreende, com base em 100 partes, em peso, do componente MDI, 1) 75100 e preferivelmente 85-100 partes, em peso, de difenilmetano, que compreende 15-75, preferivelmente 25-75 e de modo mais preferido 30 a 70 partes, em peso, de diisocianato de 4,4'-difenilmetano, e 25 a 85, preferivelmente de 25 a 75 e de modo mais preferido 30 a 70 partes, em peso, de 2,4'-MDI e 2,2'-MDI e/ ou uma variante líquida de tal diisocianato de difenilmetano, e 2) de 0 a 25 e preferivelmente de 0-15 partes, em peso, de homólogos de diisocianatos de difenilmetano tendo uma funcionalidade isocianato de 3 ou mais; e b) 20-0%, em peso, de diisocianato de tolueno; 2) 20 a 45, preferivelmente 20-40 partes, em peso, de um poliéter poliol (poliol 2) tendo um peso molecular de 4500- 10 000, uma funcionalidade nominal média de 2-6 e preferivelmente 2-4 e compreendendo grupos oxipropileno e opcionalmente oxietileno, a quantidade de grupos oxipropileno sendo de pelo menos 70%, em peso, calculada em relação ao peso deste poliol; 3) 3 a 20 partes, em peso, de um poliéter poliol (poliol 3) tendo um peso molecular de 700-4000 e preferivelmente de 1000 - 2000, uma funcionalidade nominal média de 2-6 e um valor hidroxila de, no máximo,70%, em peso, calculado em relação ao peso deste poliol; e 4) 2-6 partes, em peso, de água, a quantidade de poliisocianato 1), poliol 2), poliol 3) e água sendo de 100 partes, em peso.
