Abstract
"UNIDADE DE MUDANçA ELETROPNEUMáTICA". Em uma unidade de mudança eletropneumática para uma caixa de mudanças de veículo (6), com uma engrenagem em grupo separada (12), engatada pneumaticamente através de válvulas (36, 38), e uma engrenagem em grupo local (14), engatada pneumaticamente através de válvulas (44, 46), cujas mudanças podem ser pré-selecionadas manualmente pelo motorista do veículo em uma alavanca de câmbio (16), são previstos um dispositivo de bloqueio (54,56) para a interdição mecânica da mudança manual de relações de transmissão não-toleradas da caixa de mudanças de veículo (6), e um dispositivo (30, 42, 64, 76) para a interdição da mudança pneumática de relações de transmissão não-toleradas da caixa de mudanças de veículo (6). As válvulas (36, 38) da engrenagem em grupo separada (12) e as válvulas (44, 46) da engrenagem em grupo local (14) são válvulas pneumáticas acionadas eletromagneticamente, as quais ficam dispostas em uma caixa em comum (60). A pré-seleção das válvulas é feita através de interruptores elétricos (22, 24) na alavanca de câmbio (16) que estão ligados com o dispositivo de controle (20, 68) e as quais são acionadas através de sinais do dispositivo eletrónico de controle (20, 68).
