Abstract
"MéTODO PARA PRODUZIR COMPONENTES". A presente invenção refere-se a um método para produzir componentes a partir de uma peça em bruto (P1 - P4) feita de um material que pode ser estirado de forma profunda utilizando um meio de ação de fluxo livre. No curso deste método, a peça em bruto (P1 - P4) é presa em um dispositivo de formação (U1, U2) e um meio de ação é aplicado junto a mesma. A peça em bruto (P1 - P4) é então pré-formada pela elevação da pressão (P) exercida pelo meio de ação em uma região da peça em bruto (P1 - P4) que é restrita a uma seção (V1, V2) da superfície da peça em bruto e que parcialmente cobre a seção de superfície (B1, B2) da peça em bruto (P1 até P4) a partir da qual a forma final do componente é gerada. Subseq³entemente, a peça em bruto pré-formada (P1 até P4) é finalmente formada utilizando uma ferramenta de formação (F1, F2). Deste modo, os componentes possuindo formatos complexos podem ser produzidos com exploração ótima das propriedades do material utilizado.
