Abstract

"PROCESSO DE TRATAMENTO SUPERFICIAL DE PEçAS MECANICAS E PEçA TRATADA PELO MESMO". Processo de tratamento superficial de peças mecânicas que possibilita conferir às ditas peças uma resistência elevada ao desgaste e à corrosão, assim como uma rugosidade propicia à lubrificação na qual se efetua consecutivamente uma nitretação das ditas peças, seguida por uma oxidação das ditas peças, caracterizado pelo fato de que a dita nitretação é realizada por imersão das ditas peças em um banho de nitretação de sais fundidos isentos de espécies sulfuradas em uma temperatura compreendida entre cerca de 500<198>C e cerca de 700<198>C, e pelo fato de que a dita oxidação é empregada em uma solução aquosa oxidante em uma temperatura inferior a cerca de 200<198>C.
