Abstract

"MéTODO PARA PRODUZIR UM VIDRO E VIDRO PRODUZIDO DESSE MODO". Vidro produzido com base em uma matéria-prima na forma de uma mistura de componentes contendo minerais principalmente, incluindo lodo de estação de tratamento de rejeitos, por exemplo e produtos residuais da indústria e tendo uma predeterminada composição química ajustada com base no conhecimento da composição química dos componentes contendo minerais que formam parte do vidro. O vidro é produzido a partir da matéria-prima que após mineralização é prensada para formar briquetes que são endurecidos e subseq³entemente fundidos, por exemplo, em um alto-forno sob suprimento de oxigênio e onde o fundido é resfriado e seco. Grandes quantidades de produtos residuais e substâncias residuais que são normalmente depositadas tratadas ou não tratadas podem ser reusadas e utilizadas na produção de vidro.
