Abstract

"MOLéCULA DE áCIDO NUCLEICO ISOLADA, VETOR, CéLULA HOSPEDEIRA, DESCENDENTES, SEMENTES OU MATERIAL CELULAR REPRODUTìVEL, MéTODO PARA PRODUZIR UM POLIPEPTìDEO, POLIPEPTìDEO ISOLADO, ANTICORPO, KIT DE TESTE, MéTODO PARA PRODUZIR UM PRODUTO QUìMICO FINO, PRODUTO QUìMICO FINO, E, USO DE UM PRODUTO QUìMICO FINO, OU DE UM POLIPEPTìDEO". São descritas moléculas isoladas de ácido nucleico, designadas moléculas de ácido nucleico LMRP, que codificam novas LMRPs de, por exemplo, Physcomitrella patens. A invenção também provê moléculas anti-sentido de ácido nucleico, vetores de expressão recombinante contendo moléculas de ácido nucleico LMRP, e células hospedeiras em que os vetores de expressão tenham sido introduzidos. A invenção provê além disso LMRPs isoladas, LMRPs transformadas, proteínas de fusão, peptídeos antigênicos e métodos para a melhora da produção de um composto desejado a partir de células, organismos e plantas transformadas, com base na engenharia genética dos genes de LMRP nestes organismos.
