Abstract

"MOLéCULA DE áCIDO NUCLEICO ISOLADA, VETOR, CéLULA HOSPEDEIRA, DESCENDENTES, SEMENTES OU MATERIAL CELULAR REPRODUZìVEL, MéTODO DE PRODUçãO DE UM OU MAIS POLIPEPTìDEO(S), TCMRP ISOLADA, POLIPEPTìDEO ISOLADO, ANTICORPO, KIT DE TESTE, MéTODO PARA PRODUZIR UM PRODUTO QUìMICO FINO, PRODUTO QUìMICO FINO, E, USO DE UM PRODUTO QUìMICO FINO OU DE POLIPEPTìDEO(S)". Descreve-se moléculas de ácido nucleico isoladas, denominadas moléculas de ácido nucleico de TCMRP, que codificam TCMRPs inéditas de, p. ex., Phycomitrella patens. A invenção também proporciona moléculas de ácido nucleico antisentido, vetores de expressão recombinante contendo moléculas de ácido nucleico de TCMRP, e células hospedeiras em que se introduziu os vetores de expressão. A invenção ainda proporciona TCMRPs isoladas, TCMRPs mutadas, proteínas de fusão, peptídeos antigênicos e métodos para o aperfeiçoamento da produção de um composto desejado a partir de células, organismos ou plantas transformados, baseados em engenharia genética de genes de TCMRP nestes organismos.
