Abstract

"COMPOSIçãO COMPREENDENDO PROTEìNA DE CASEìNA E PROTEìNA DE SORO". A invenção refere-se a uma composição para uma fórmula lactante que compreende proteína de caseína e proteína de soro; um método para produzir a composição; uso da composição na fabricação de um medicamento ou produto nutricional voltado para subnutrição; e um método voltado para subnutrição que compreende administrar uma quantidade eficaz da composição. Uma modalidade preferida da composição compreende proteína não-hidrolisada, arginina livre; triptofano e histidina, uma fonte de lipídeo e uma fonte de carbohidrato. Além disso, a proteína de soro é proteína de soro ácido ou proteína de soro doce a partir da qual a caseína-glico-macropeptídeo tem sido removida.
