Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA A PRODUçãO DE REVESTIMENTOS RESISTENTES A ARRANHõES". A invenção está relacionada a processo para a produção de revestimentos resistentes a arranhões. Um agente para revestimento endurecível por UV contém pelo menos um pré-polímero uretano (met)acrilato alifático PU com pelo menos duas duplas ligações por molécula ou uma mistura de pelo menos um pré-polímero uretano (met)acrilato PU e pelo menos um diluente reativo, o dito conteúdo sendo o componente reticulável fotoquimicamente. Pelo menos um dos ditos agentes para revestimento é aplicado ao substrato a ser revestido. O revestimento úmido assim obtido é endurecido em uma atmosfera de gás inerte sob a influência de radiação ultravioleta.
