Abstract
Description
AT 398 950 BAT 398 950 B
The subject invention relates to a cable car system with at least one carrying and conveyor cable with attached operating resources for normal operation, such as chairs or cabins, and with at least one additional in the valley or mountain station via deflection disks and in between via carrying or deflecting rollers - And conveyor rope, to which at least one driving device, in particular a recovery cabin, is attached for the fall, the carrying and conveyor ropes for normal operation being arranged closely next to and at approximately the same altitude as those for the fall and each having independently controllable drives.
From DE-PS 882 555 a cable car system is known which, in addition to the cabins for normal operation, also has cabins for mining operations. However, this known cable car system does not meet the requirements, since the recovery cabin is at a large lateral distance from the cabins for normal operation and because there is also no device provided by which the altitude of the recovery cabin can be changed in a simple manner. Rather, the height of the recovery cabin is adjusted by lowering the suspension cable. By lowering the suspension cable in this way, however, only a slight change in the altitude can be brought about. This slight change is sufficient for the known system, since the recovery cabin is at approximately the same altitude compared to the cabins for normal operation, and because of the large lateral spacing of these cabins from one another there is no risk of a collision between them.
However, this entails the disadvantage that the recovery cabins are so far apart from one another for normal operation that changing passengers is very difficult, which is why the safety requirements have not been met.
From CH-PS 127 677 a cable car system is also known, which has a main cable car and an auxiliary cable car, these two trains being arranged directly next to one another. However, this known system does not meet the requirements placed on it, since the recovery cabin must be guided past the cabins for normal operation, so that there is a risk of a collision between the recovery cabin and the driving equipment for normal operation.
From AT-PS 170 678, AT-PS 166 304 and DE-OS 25 41 097 it is known to design cabins of cable car systems with devices for their height adjustment. In these known cable car systems, however, no cabins are provided for the rescue. Rather, in these known cable car systems, the salvage of the passengers should be made possible by the fact that the cabins can be lowered so far that the passengers can leave them. On the one hand, however, this means that the suspension cables are at a height which can be overcome by the height adjustment device. On the other hand, such a cable car system requires that the passengers can be rescued from the area below the suspension cable. However, this is a condition that is usually not met in rough terrain and especially in winter.
The object of the present invention is therefore to provide a cable car system with recovery cabins by means of which the disadvantages inherent in the known systems of this type are avoided. This is achieved according to the invention in that the at least one driving equipment for the mining operation is designed in a manner known per se with a device for adjusting its height relative to the associated carrying and conveyor cable.
By means of the device for height adjustment of the recovery cabin, in the event that a recovery must be carried out, it can be brought to the same height next to the driving equipment from which passengers or goods have to be recovered, so that the passengers can change to the recovery cabin without further aids or the passengers or goods can be reloaded into the recovery cabin. For this purpose, the altitude of the recovery cabin can be set exactly to the altitude of the vehicle from which recovery is to take place. Since the at least one carrying and conveying rope for normal operation and the at least one carrying and conveying rope for mining operations are approximately at the same height, no superstructures are required on the support devices for the further carrying and conveying rope. Nevertheless, in order to prevent the recovery cabin from colliding with the driving equipment during the movement, the recovery cabin is moved in a position lowered relative to the driving equipment and is only raised to the altitude in the area of the driving equipment from which people or goods are to be recovered of this vehicle is raised.
The device for the height adjustment is preferably formed by friction wheel gear, by telescopic cylinder, by a cable pull with winch or by a rack and pinion gear.
Mittels einer solchen Anordnung können im Bergefall die an die beiden Seiltrume angekuppelten, nicht funktionsfähigen Fahrbetriebsmittel gesondert 2According to a preferred embodiment, two independent carrying and conveying ropes are provided for mining operations, each with a recovery cabin. In the event of a rescue, such an arrangement can be used to separately separate the non-functional driving equipment coupled to the two rope runs 2
AT 398 950 B can be operated from each other, which means that recovery operations can be carried out much faster. If several recovery cabins are coupled to the carrying and conveying rope for the recovery operation, the recovery operation is also accelerated if the recovery cabins cannot be docked to non-functional cabins at the same time.
Es zeigen:The object of the invention is explained in more detail below with reference to exemplary embodiments shown in the drawing. Show it:
Fig. 1 eine Seilbahnanlage mit einem Trag- und Förderseil für die Fahrbetriebsmittel für denFig. 1 shows a cable car system with a carrying and conveyor rope for the driving resources for the
Normalbetrieb und mit einem weiteren Trag- und Förderseil für die Bewegung mindestens einer Bergekabine, in axonometrischer Darstellung,Normal operation and with a further carrying and conveying rope for the movement of at least one recovery cabin, in an axonometric view,
Fig.2 eine Seilbahnanlage, bei welcher zwei Trag- und Förderseile für den Bergefall vorgesehen sind, in axonometrischer Darstellung, und die Fig. 3 bis 5 jeweils eine Bergekabine mit unterschiedlichen Einrichtungen zu deren Höhenverstel-lung.2 shows a cable car system, in which two carrying and conveying ropes are provided for the rescue, in an axonometric view, and FIGS. 3 to 5 each show a rescue cabin with different devices for adjusting its height.
As can be seen from FIG. 1, the cable car system has a carrying and conveying rope 1 which is guided around a deflection drum 11 in the valley station and around a deflection drum 12 in the mountain station. The valley-side deflection drum 11 is preferably designed with a drive. The run 1a of the support and conveyor cable 1, which is moved on the mountain side, is guided, like the run 1b of the support and transport cable 1, which is moved on the valley side, via groups of support rollers 21 or deflection rollers 22, which are mounted on supports 2. The carrying and conveying cable 1 is used to move driving equipment, in particular cabins 3, which can be uncoupled or coupled in the stations from the carrying and conveying cable 1, as a result of which the passengers can climb or leave them. Since the movement of the cabins 3 in the area of the stations does not form part of the subject matter of the present invention, it is not further explained.
In addition to the carrying and conveying rope 1, a further carrying and conveying rope 5 is provided, which is also guided in the two stations via deflection disks 51 and 52 and which is carried out in the event that passengers or goods are recovered from cabins 3 located on the route must be, is also movable. The drive of the carrying and conveying rope 5 is preferably located in the station in which the drive for the carrying and conveying rope 1 is arranged. A recovery cabin 6 is firmly coupled or can be coupled to this additional carrying and conveying rope 5, which can be moved along the entire area of the cable car system by means of the additional carrying and conveying rope 5. The recovery cabin 6 is designed with a device for adjusting its height relative to the additional carrying and conveying rope 5. The support and conveyor cable 5 for the recovery cabin 6 is located at approximately the same height as the support and conveyor cable 1 for the cabins 3. This ensures a very simple construction of the entire system, since the support devices for the support and conveyor cable 1 only need to be equipped with further groups of roles for supporting and guiding the carrying and conveying rope 5.
If the cabins 3 cannot be moved due to an accident, which is why passengers or goods have to be recovered from them, the recovery cabin 6 is brought to the individual cabins 3 by means of the rope 5. In order to prevent collisions of the recovery cabin 6 with the cabins 3, the recovery cabin 6 is moved in a position lowered relative to the cable 5. As soon as the recovery cabin 6 is in the area of the cabin 3 concerned, it is raised by means of the device for height adjustment, as a result of which the recovery cabin 6 is brought into a position directly next to the cabin 3. The passengers in the cabin 3 can then change to the recovery cabin 6 without any additional aids or goods can be reloaded. As soon as the relevant cabin 3 has been cleared, the recovery cabin 6 is lowered again and is moved by means of the rope 5 to the next cabin 3 from which recovery is to take place.
In Fig. 2, a cable car system is shown, which is basically the same as the cable car system according to Fig. 1, except that instead of a single support and conveyor cable for the recovery cabin, two independently movable additional support and pull cables 5a and 5b are provided, which are guided around deflection disks 51a and 51b and to each of which at least one recovery cabin 6a and 6b can be coupled. By means of such a system with two mutually independent ropes for the recovery cabins, the cabins 3 coupled to the two strands of the carrying and conveying rope 1 can be operated independently of one another by means of the respectively assigned recovery cabins 6a and 6b, whereby the recovery process can be carried out much more quickly.
3In Fig. 3 a recovery cabin 6 is shown, which is adjustable in height by means of a rack and pinion gear 61, 62. 4 shows a recovery cabin 6 which can be adjusted in height by means of pneumatic or hydraulic telescopic cylinders 63. 5 shows a recovery cabin 6 which is height-adjustable by means of a cable 64 and a cable winch 65. 3rd
