Abstract
La presente proporciona un compuesto heterocíclico que tiene actividad de un agonista del receptor de orexina tipo 2. Un compuesto representado por la fórmula [1] en donde cada símbolo es como se describe en la memoria descriptiva, o una de sus sales tiene una actividad del agonista del receptor de orexina tipo 2, y es útil como un agente para la profilaxis o tratamiento de la narcolepsia. Reivindicación 1: Un compuesto representado por la fórmula [1] caracterizado porque R¹ es (1) un grupo alquilo C₁₋₆, (2) un grupo mono o dialquilamino C₁₋₆, o (3) un grupo cicloalquilo C₃₋₆; R² es (1) un átomo de hidrógeno, (2) un átomo de flúor, o (3) un grupo alquilo C₁₋₆; R³ es (1) un grupo alquilo C₁₋₆ carbonilo opcionalmente sustituido con 1 a 3 sustituyentes seleccionados de (a) un átomo de halógeno, (b) un grupo hidroxi, y (c) un grupo ciano, (2) un grupo alcoxi C₁₋₆ carbonilo, (3) un grupo cicloalquil C₃₋₁₀ carbonilo (el resto cicloalquilo C₃₋₁₀ del grupo cicloalquil C₃₋₁₀ carbonilo está opcionalmente unido con puente) opcionalmente sustituido con 1 a 3 sustituyentes seleccionados de (a) un átomo de halógeno, (b) un grupo hidroxi, (c) un grupo ciano, y (d) un grupo alquilo C₁₋₆, (4) un grupo heterociclilcarbonilo no aromático de 3 a 14 miembros opcionalmente sustituido con 1 a 3 sustituyentes seleccionados de (a) un átomo de halógeno, (b) un grupo hidroxi, y (c) un grupo alquilo C₁₋₆, (5) un grupo mono o dialquil C₁₋₆ carbamoílo, (6) un grupo N-alquil C₁₋₆-N-alcoxi C₁₋₆-carbamoílo, o (7) un grupo N-alquil C₁₋₆-N,N-di-alquil C₁₋₆hidrazina-carbonilo; y el Anillo A es (1) un anillo benceno también sustituido con un sustituyente seleccionado de (a) un grupo arilo C₆₋₁₄ opcionalmente sustituido con 1 a 3 sustituyentes seleccionados de (i) un átomo de halógeno, (ii) un grupo alquilo C₁₋₆ opcionalmente halogenado, y (iii) un grupo alcoxi C₁₋₆ opcionalmente halogenado, y (b) un grupo heterocíclico aromático de 5 a 14 miembros opcionalmente sustituido con 1 a 3 sustituyentes seleccionados de (i) un grupo alquilo C₁₋₆ opcionalmente sustituido con 1 a 3 sustituyentes seleccionados de un átomo de halógeno y un grupo hidroxi, (ii) un grupo alcoxi C₁₋₆, (iii) un átomo de halógeno, y (iv) un grupo alcoxi C₁₋₆ carbonilo, y opcionalmente también sustituidos con 1 a 3 átomos de halógeno, o (2) un heterociclo aromático de 5 ó 6 miembros también sustituido con un grupo arilo C₆₋₁₄ opcionalmente sustituido con 1 a 3 átomos de halógeno, o una de sus sales.
