Abstract
Proceso para preparar herbicidas derivados de piridazinona de fórmula (1). Reivindicación 1: Un proceso para producir un compuesto de fórmula (1), donde R¹ se selecciona a partir del grupo constituido por hidrógeno, alquilo C₁₋₆, haloalquilo C₁₋₆, (alcoxi C₁₋₃)(alquil C₁₋₃)-, (alcoxi C₁₋₃)(alcoxi C₂₋₃)(alquil C₁₋₃)-, arilo y un heteroarilo de 5 ó 6 miembros, donde el heteroarilo contiene de uno a tres heteroátomos cada uno seleccionado independientemente a partir del grupo constituido por oxígeno, nitrógeno y azufre, y donde el componente arilo y heteroarilo puede estar sustituido opcionalmente; R² es alquilo C₁₋₆ o cicloalquilo C₃₋₆; A¹ se selecciona a partir del grupo constituido por O, C(O) y (CR⁷R⁸); y R⁴, R⁶, R⁷ y R⁸ se seleccionan cada uno independientemente a partir del grupo constituido por hidrógeno y alquilo C₁₋₄; R³ y R⁵ se seleccionan cada uno independientemente a partir del grupo constituido por hidrógeno y alquilo C₁₋₄ o juntos pueden formar una cadena de alquileno C₁₋₃; comprendiendo el proceso hacer reaccionar un compuesto de fórmula (2), donde X es un halógeno; con un compuesto de fórmula (3), donde A¹ y R³, R⁴, R⁵ y R⁶ son como se han definido respecto a la fórmula (1) anteriormente; en un medio de reacción que comprende: (i) un catalizador de paladio; (ii) un ligando de tipo fosfina o sal de ligando de tipo fosfina adecuado; (iii) una base adecuada; y (iv) monóxido de carbono; para obtener un compuesto de fórmula (1).
