Abstract

Un sistema y método de paletizador robotizado incluyen operar selectivamente un robot de paletización entre al menos un estado de preagrupamiento, en el cual dicho robot agrupa los elementos a reunir en una estación de preagrupamiento, y un estado de agrupamiento principal, en el cual lo hace en una estación de agrupamiento principal. El sistema y método además incluyen operar selectivamente una máquina de sujeción de carga entre un estado de sujeción, en que dicha máquina sujeta al menos parcialmente los elementos a agrupar reunidos en la estación de agrupamiento principal, y un estado no operativo. El robot de paletización puede operarse en el estado de preagrupamiento durante al menos una porción de un intervalo de tiempo durante el cual la máquina de sujeción de carga opera en el estado de sujeción para asegurar los elementos a agrupar de manera que queden reunidos en la estación de agrupamiento principal.
