Abstract
Se proporciona composiciones y métodos para producir un locus de rasgo complejo en una ventana genómica de una planta de soja que comprende (i) al menos un sitio objetivo transgénico para integración sitio-específica integrado en al menos un sitio objetivo de rotura de cadena doble, (ii) al menos un sitio objetivo de rotura de cadena doble y al menos un transgén, (iii) al menos un sitio objetivo de rotura de cadena doble alterado o (iv) cualquier combinación de (i) - (iii). El sitio objetivo de rotura de la cadena doble puede ser., pero no se limita a, un sitio objetivo para una endonucleasa con dedos de zinc, una endonucleasa transformada por ingeniería genética, una meganucleasa, un TALEN y/o una endonucleasa Cas. La ventana genómica de la planta puede comprender al menos un locus genómico de interés tal como un casete de rasgos, un transgén, un gen mutado, un gen nativo, un gen editado o un sitio objetivo para la integración sitio-específica (SSI).
