Abstract

Los compuestos de la presente poseen propiedades herbicidas. Reivindicación 1: Un proceso para la preparación de 4-amino-5-flúor-3-cloro-6-(sustituido)-picolinato de la fórmula (1) en la que R¹ representa alquil C₁₋₄, ciclopropil, alquenil C₂₋₄ o fenil sustituido desde 1 hasta 4 sustituyentes independientemente seleccionados a partir del halógeno, alquil C₁₋₄, haloalquil C₁₋₄, alcoxi C₁₋₄ o haloalcoxi C₁₋₄ y R² representa alquil C₁₋₄, que incluye los siguientes pasos: a) contactar ácido trifluoroacético con p-metoxianilina en presencia de triarilfosfina y una base trialquilamina en un solvente tetracloruro de carbono para obtener un cloruro acetilmidoil de la fórmula (2); b) contactar cloruro de acetimidoil de la fórmula (2) con alquil C₁₋₄ propiolato fórmula (3) en la que R² se encuentra de la manera que se define anteriormente, en presencia de yoduro de cobre(I), un yoduro de metal alcali y un fosfato de metal alcali en un solvente aprótico polar para obtener un (imino)pent-2-inoato de la fórmula (4) en la que R² se encuentra de la manera definida anteriormente; c) ciclando el (imino)pent-2-inoato de la fórmula (4) con una amina de la fórmula (5) en la que R¹ se encuentra de la manera definida anteriormente, en presencia de una base de metal alcali inorgánico en un solvente aprótico polar a una temperatura a partir de la temperatura ambiente hasta alrededor de 100ºC para obtener un alquil 4-amino-5-flúor-6-(sustituido)-picolinato de la fórmula (6) en la que R¹ y R² se encuentran de la manera definida anteriormente y d) halogenando y desprotegiendo el alquil 4-amino-5-flúor-6-(sustituido)picolinato de la fórmula (6) con 1.3-dicloro-5.5-dimetilimidazolidina-2.4-diona fórmula (7) en presencia de un ácido mineral en un solvente polar para obtener 4-amino-5-flúor-3-cloro-(sustituido)-picolinato de la fórmula (1).
