Abstract

Un producto de confitura congelado que comprende hasta 20% en peso de grasa, hasta 25% de sólidos de leche no grasos (MSNF), de 5 a 40% en peso de agente edulcorante y hasta 3% de estabilizador y/o emulsionante, en donde dicho producto de confitura congelado además comprende una composición de grano entero hidrolizado y una a amilasa o su fragmento que no muestra ninguna actividad hidrolítica hacia fibras de la dieta cuando se encuentra en estado activo.
