Abstract
Polipéptidos que tienen una mutación en una o más posiciones correspondientes a T219 de la SEQ ID Nº 55, en donde el polipéptido tiene al menos un 50% de identidad de secuencia con la SEQ ID Nº 55 y en donde el polipéptido tiene actividad permeasa.Reivindicación 1: Un polipéptido, caracterizado porque tiene una mutación en una posición correspondiente a una o más posiciones correspondientes a T219 de la SEQ ID Nº 55, en donde el polipéptido tiene al menos un 50% de identidad de secuencia con la SEQ ID Nº 55, y en donde el polipéptido tiene actividad permeasa.
