Abstract

Un proceso para fabricar un producto de confitería congelado que comprende las etapas de: a) Proveer un molde con un extremo cerrado y uno abierto en un ambiente refrigerado, b) Llenar dicho molde con una mezcla líquida para formar una cáscara, c) Remover, al menos una vez, la mezcla líquida no solidificada desde el molde, d) Llenado a presion de la cáscara en el molde con un confite congelado, e) Insertar un palito en el confite congelado, f) Remover el producto desde el molde y empacar dicho producto. Un proceso donde las inclusiones pueden estar distribuidas homogéneamente en la mezcla líquida y/o en el confite congelado y/o acumuladas en la parte superior del confite congelado después de llenar el molde con el confite congelado. Además un producto que se obtiene por tal proceso, así como a una paleta de confitería helada moldeada.
