Abstract

Reivindicación 1: Tubo de acero inoxidable martensítico que incluye, en % en masa, C: 0,15 - 0,22 %, Si: 0,1 - 1,0 %, Mn: 0,30 - 1,00 %, y Cr: 12,00 - 16,00 %, en el cual el espesor de cascarillas sobre la superficie exterior del tubo de acero es 150 micrones o menos, y en el cual la relación de concentración de burbujas satisface la siguiente ecuación: relación de concentración de burbujas (%) =< -6,69 x ln(ds) + 40,83, donde ds: espesor de cascarillas (micrón), y ln(x): logaritmo natural de x. Reivindicación 5: Procedimiento para fabricar un tubo de acero inoxidable martensítico que incluye los siguientes elementos, en % en masa, C: 0,15 - 0,22 %, Si: 0,1 - 1,0 %, Mn: 0,30 - 1,0 % y Cr: 12,00 - 16,00 %, o un tubo de acero inoxidable martensítico que incluye además un grupo o más de los siguientes elementos, en % en masa: Al: 0,1 % o menos, Ni: 1,0 % o menos y Cu: 0,25 % o menos, además de dichos componentes, comprendiendo dicho procedimiento las siguientes etapas de: calentar un tubo de acero en proceso entre 5 minutos o más y 30 minutos o menos a una temperatura de "punto Ac3 + 20° C" o mayor hasta 980° C o menos en una atmósfera que contiene una cantidad de oxígeno de 2,5 ° en volumen o menos y una cantidad de vapor de agua de 15,0 % en volumen o menos; templar el tubo de acero así calentado a una velocidad de enfriamiento de 1-40° C/seg desde 980° C hasta el punto A, a una velocidad de enfriamiento de menos de 1° C/seg desde el punto A hasta el punto B, y a una velocidad de enfriamiento de 5-40° C/seg desde el punto B hasta temperatura ambiente, siendo el punto A 680-350° C y el punto B 300-150° C; y, rociar agua a alta presión con una presión de 490N/mm2 o mayor sobre la superficie exterior del tubo de acero durante al menos parte de la duración de enfriamiento desde 900° C hasta el punto A de dicho templado.
