Abstract

Un método para correlacionar en un primer transceptor una senal que se recibe y que transmite un segundo transceptor, un generador de secuencias. Lapresente emplea una o más secuencias complementarias, por ejemplo pares de secuencias de Golay, para proporcionar sincronizacion precisa y eficaz entre lostransceptores de radio. Se usa un filtro adaptado que corresponde a un par complementario de secuencias para correlacionar la senal recibida con una secuenciadel par complementario de secuencias. Una salida pico se detecta desde el filtro adaptado, y el pico que se detecta se usa para generar un estimado detemporizacion para las transmisiones de sincronizacion entre los transceptores. Cada una de las secuencias complementarias tiene valores mínimos de lobulolateral de autocorrelacion aperiodica para todos los retardos no cero de esa secuencia complementaria y un valor máximo de lobulo principal de autocorrelacionpara un retardo cero de esa secuencia complementaria. La secuencia puede emplearse como una porcion de preámbulo de un mensaje de acceso aleatorio quetransmite la estacion movil a una estacion de base a través de un canal de acceso aleatorio. La secuencia también puede emplearse como un codigo desincronizacion que transmite la base a través de un canal de sincronizacion y que utilizan las estaciones moviles para obtener sincronizacion. Se revelan uncorrelacionador de Golay eficaz y un banco de correlacionadores de Golay eficaz para correlacionarse respectivamente con unaunica secuencia y con un conjuntode secuencias ortogonales.
