Abstract

Las realizaciones de la invención respecto de la cual se reivindican propiedad o privilegio exclusivos, se definen del siguiente modo: una boquillaintegral calentada de moldeo por inyección, caracterizada porque tiene una porción de núcleo interno alargada con un extremo posterior, un extremoanterior, un tubo de masa fundida que se extiende a través de ella desde el extremo posterior, una superficie externa cilíndrica y una cabeza en elextremo posterior que se extiende hacia afuera más allá de la superficie externa, una porción de collarín externo que rodea la porción de núcleointerno adyacente al extremo posterior, teniendo la porción de collarín externo un reborde contra el cual se empalma la cabeza de la porción denúcleo internoy un elemento calorífero eléctrico con una porción de plomo que se extiende hacia afuera a través de la porción de collarín externo, y una porciónhelicoidal con una superficie externa enrollada en una ranura en espiral de la superficie externa de la porción de núcleo interno, teniendo la ranura enespiral un superficie interna con una base semicircular,comprendiendo la mejora la combinación de:(a)la porción helicoidal del elemento calorífero que sedeforma lo suficiente al colocarla a presión en la ranura a fin de asegurar el contacto contínuo entre la superficie interna de la ranura y la superficieexterna de la porción helicoidal del elemento calorífero, y (b) la porción de collarín externo que se fija en su lugar alrededor de la porción de núcleointerno mediante el sellante cerámico termofraguado, que se aplica entre la porción de núcleo interno y la porción de collarín externo que la rodea.
