(ACEC), (hereinafter called the patentee/s) is/are granted full power, sole privilege, and authority that the said patentee/s by himself/themselves, (hieronder die patenthouer/s genoem) volmag, alleenvoorreg, en magtiging verleen word dat genoemde patenthouer/s self, sy/hulle agente his/their agents, or licensees, and no others, may at all times hereafter, during the term mentioned herein, make, use, exercise and vend the of lisensichouers, en niemand anders nie, te alle tye hierna gedurende die termyn hierin genoem, genoemde uitvinding in die Republiek van said invention within the Republic of South Africa in such manner as to him/them seems meet, and that the said patentee/s shall have and

Suid-Afrika op ’n wyse wat hy/hulle goedvind, kan maak, gebruik, aanwend en verkoop, en dat genoemde patenthouer/s gedurende die enjoy the whole profit and advantage from time to time accruing by reason of the said invention during the term of Sixteen Years from tydperk van Sestien Jaar met ingang van 7th July, 1964, die volle wins en voordeel het en geniet wat van tyd tot tyd deur genoemde uitvinding opgelwer word.

PROVIDED ALWAYS that these Letters Patent shall be granted subject to the provisions of the said Act.
