Abstract

Pronalazak se odnosi na jedan postupak za proizvodnju D-pantotenske kiseline fermentacijom bakterija korisnog oblika, pri kojoj se koriste bakterije, kod kojih se pojačava, posebno prekomerno izražava, sekvenca nukleoptida (pyc-gen), koja kodira piruvat-karboksilazu (EC br. 6.4.1.1.), pri čemu se sprovode sledeći koraci: a) Fermentacija bakterija koje proizvode D-pantotensku kiselinu, kod kojih se bar gen koji kodira piruvat-karboksilazu, pojačava. b) Obogaćenje D-pantotenske kiseline u sredini ili u ćelijama bakterija, i c) Izdvajanje proizvedene D-pantotenske kiseline.[The invention refers to one procedure for the production of D-pantothenic acid by fermentation of bacteria where You find amplified, in particular expressed emphasized, sequence of nucleotides (pyc-gen), which codes piruvat carboxilasa (Ecno. 6.4.11) whereas the following steps are taken: (a) fermentation of bacteria producing D-pantothenic acid, where bar gene that codes piruvat carboxilasa is amplified; (b) enrichment of D-pantothenic acid in the environment or in the bacteria cells, and (c) extraction of the produced D-pantothenic acid.
