Abstract
Preparat za vezivanje vode koji vezuje višak tečnosti posle kuvanja hrane na bazi skroba, sa visokim sadržajem ugljenih hidrata, kao što su pirinač, krompiri, testenine, cerealije, mahunasto povrće itd. koji se sastoji od: (a) 20-60 mas. % fizički modifikovanog skroba, (b) 35-65 mas. % hemijski modifikovanog skroba, i (c) 2-15 mas. % suve jestive emulzije masti.
