Abstract

ENZIMATSKI POSTUPAK ZA PREVODJENJE PREPROINSULINA U INSULIN, pronalazak se odnosi na postupak za specifičnu hidrolizu aminokiselinskog lanca preproinzulina u odgovarajuće intermedijate u prisustvu klostripaina i prevodjenje dobijenih intermedijata karboksipeptidazom B u odgovarajuće inzuline. Reakcije se odvija pri pH od 4-12 i reakcionoj temperaturi od 20В° do 40В°C. Koncentracija preproinzulina iznosi od 0,01-100 mg/ml, dok su preproinzulin i klostipain u odnosu od 1:0,01 do 1:50.
