背景技术
吊舱式推进器具有高效率、震动小以及污染小等特点,被广泛应用于潜水作业供应船、补给船、穿梭油轮及滚装船等各种船舶中。
当船舶具有加装吊舱式推进器的需求时,通常需要将船舶拖进干船坞内对船舶的机舱进行改造,即将机舱上部包括甲板上的上层建筑拆除才可以安装吊舱式推进器,增加了船舶改造的周期和费用。同时,机舱的改造加装工序还可能影响船舶的整体强度,容易产生船体断裂等安全事故。此外,船舶机舱内部空间狭小,也无法在原有的机舱内部增加吊舱式推进器。
因此,亟需一种吊舱式推进器及船舶来解决上述问题。
发明内容
本申请提供一种吊舱式推进器及船舶,以将推进器本体快速安装于船舶的甲板上,提高安装效率,降低安装成本。
本申请所采用的技术方案是:
一种吊舱式推进器,包括:
推进器本体;
横移机构,能够设置于船体的甲板上,所述推进器本体活动地设置于所述横移机构上,所述横移机构被配置为能够带动所述推进器本体伸出船舷外侧或 回收至所述船舷内侧;以及

需要说明的是,横移机构2能够使推进器本体1沿图1中箭头所示方向往复移动,从而带动推进器本体1伸出船舷外侧或回收至船舷内侧。起翘机构3能够驱动推进器本体1沿图2中箭头所示方向转动。当推进器本体1伸出船舷外侧后,起翘机构3驱动推进器本体1沿图2中箭头所示方向的顺时针方向转动,直至推进器本体1竖直设置,从而使推进器本体1到达工位位置,实现推进船舶的功能。当推进器本体1回收至船舷内侧之前,起翘机构3驱动推进器本体1沿图2中箭头所示方向的逆时针方向转动,直至推进器本体1水平设置,以便于横移机构2将推进器本体1回收至船舷内侧。
在本实施例中,通过横移机构2将推进器本体1快速加装于船舶上,起翘机构3驱动推进器本体1转动至工作位置,实现了推进功能。由于无需将船舶拖入干船坞内进行改装,避免了改造船舶机舱以及拆除对应甲板101上的上层建筑,保护了船舶整体结构的稳定性,降低了推进器本体1的加装难度和加装成本,提高了推进器本体1的加装效率。当不使用推进器本体1时,横移机构2将推进器本体1回收至船舷内侧,避免推进器本体1在船舶停靠港口或码头时发生碰撞破坏,提高了对推进器本体1的保护作用。
如图1和图2所示,推进器本体1包括箱体11、吊舱壳体12、螺旋桨13、导流管14和推进电机等。箱体11包括井箱111和上箱体,井箱111内布置有上箱体、强制润滑***、液压马达和行星减速机转舵***以及手动盘车装置等。上箱体内布置有多介质滑环(动力滑环、信号环和气液环),以避免推进器本体1回转过程中动力、信号和气液管线缠绕的情况。井箱111与吊舱壳体12相连,吊舱壳体12为阶梯状的圆柱体。吊舱壳体12的轴向长度能够保证螺旋桨13和导流管14在工作位置时进入水中推进船舶,而且吊舱壳体12能够承受超大跨距下的螺旋桨13产生的推力。外部电源通过多介质滑环驱动推进电机带动螺旋桨13转动。由于推进器本体1为本领域内成熟的产品,对于推进器本体结构和工作原理在此不再进行赘述。
如图3和图4所示,横移机构2包括滑轨21、滑台22和驱动件23,滑轨21设置于甲板101上,滑台22滑动地设置于滑轨21上,推进器本体1活动设置于滑台22上,起翘机构3可转动地设置于滑台22上。驱动件23驱动滑台22沿滑轨21朝向船舷外侧滑动。或者,驱动件23驱动滑台22沿滑轨21朝向船舷内侧滑动。
示例性地,横移机构2还包括基板26,基板26设置于甲板101上,滑轨21焊接或螺纹连接于基板26上。本实施例的基板26焊接于甲板101上,提高了横移机构2的稳定性。滑轨21通过螺栓固定到基板26上,提高了滑轨21与基板26的连接强度和稳定性,而且还可以灵活调整滑轨21在基板26上的位置。此外安装滑轨21时无需对甲板101进行开孔等加工,保证了甲板101的完整性和密封性,提高了对甲板101的保护作用。当然,滑轨21还可以通过焊接方式固定于基板26上。
如图3和图4所示,滑台22包括滑台主体221和转接座222,滑台主体221上具有加装部2211。转接座222设置于加装部2211上,推进器本体1活动地设置于转接座222上,起翘机构3可转动地设置于转接座222上。当加装部2211、转接座222与推进器本体1伸出船舷外侧时,滑台主体221与滑轨21滑动配合。如图3所示,加装部2211伸出船舷外侧时与滑轨21脱离接触,滑台主体221的其他部分与滑轨21始终处于滑动配合状态。推进器本体1入水启动后产生推力依次通过转接座222、滑台主体221、滑轨21与基板26传递至船体100上。
示例性地,滑台22还包括耳板223,耳板223设置于滑台主体221上,驱动件23的输出端与耳板223传动连接。滑台主体221沿宽度方向的两侧分别设置有耳板223,驱动件23的数量为两个,两个驱动件23分别位于滑台主体221沿宽度方向的两侧且驱动件23的输出端与对应的耳板223相连,从而驱动滑台22沿滑轨21滑动。两个驱动件23不仅增加了对滑台22的驱动力,而且使得滑台22受力均匀,避免滑台22发生偏转导致与滑轨21卡死的情况,从而提高了滑台22在滑轨21上滑动的平稳性。
示例性地,横移机构2还包括台座24,台座24设置于滑轨21上并位于滑台主体221的一侧,驱动件23设置于台座24上。本实施例的驱动件23为液压缸,液压缸的底座安装于台座24上,液压缸的活塞杆与耳板223相连。由于液压缸的体积较小,便于安装于台座24上,实现了横移机构2的紧凑安装。在其他实施例中,驱动件23还可以为直线电机或气缸等。
为了保证横移机构2的稳定性,如图3所示,横移机构2还包括固定件25,固定件25将滑台主体221与台座24固定于滑轨21上。示例性地,当台座24与滑台22位于船舷内侧时,多个固定件25分别将台座24与滑台主体221固定于滑轨21上,避免台座24与滑台主体221在滑轨21上发生晃动,提高了横移机构2的安全性。当需要使用推进器本体1时,手动拆除固定件25,台座24与滑台22沿滑轨21移动至指定位置后,再次通过固定件25将台座24固定于滑轨21上,驱动件23驱动滑台22沿滑轨21朝向船舷外侧滑动直至推进器本体1伸出船舷外侧,此时使用固定件25将滑台主体221固定于滑轨21上,避免滑台主体221发生窜动,从而影响推进器本体1的正常工作。当无需使用推进器本体1时,将滑轨21上的所有固定件25拆除,驱动件23驱动滑台22沿滑轨21朝向船舷内侧滑动直至推进器本体1缩回船舷内侧,滑台22与台座24复位,再次使用固定件25分别将台座24与滑台主体221固定于滑轨21上即可。上述台座24沿滑轨21的移动可以通过上述的驱动件23实现,还可以通过额外加装气缸、液压缸或电机实现,在此不作限定。
本实施例的滑轨21上开设有多个第一孔,滑台主体221上对应开设有第二孔,台座24上对应开设有第三孔,部分固定件25依次穿设于对应的第一孔和第二孔内,其余部分固定件25依次穿设于对应的第一孔和第三孔内。示例性地,固定件25为螺栓,第二孔与第三孔均为与螺栓相适配的螺纹孔,通过旋拧螺栓使得滑台主体221与台座24在滑轨21上的释放与固定更加可靠,且操作简便。
如图5所示,滑轨21上开设有滑槽211,两条滑轨21相对设置,滑台主体221上靠近滑轨21的两个侧壁的底部外缘滑动地卡接于对应的滑槽211内,提 高了滑台主体221在滑轨21上滑动的稳定性。本实施例的滑轨21大致为槽钢结构,滑槽211为U形槽。当然,滑轨21还可以为工字钢结构等,在此不作限定。
需要说明的是,本实施例的转接座222具有一定的通用性,还可以将其他类型的推进器***,例如全回转舵桨及液压马达推进器等,安装于转接座222上,提高了横移机构2的适用范围。
如图5和图6所示,转接座222包括底板2221和立板2222,底板2221设置于加装部2211上,底板2221上相对的两侧分别设置有立板2222,起翘机构3可转动地设置于底板2221上。箱体11通过第一销轴4枢接于两个立板2222之间。箱体11通过第二销轴5枢接于起翘机构3的输出端,以使箱体11能够相对于转接座222绕第一销轴4转动。
示例性地,第一销轴4的两端分别可转动地设置于两个立板2222上,井箱111与第一销轴4相连。箱体11还包括支撑臂112,支撑臂112设置于井箱111上,第二销轴5的两端设置于支撑臂112上,起翘机构3的输出端通过第二销轴5与支撑臂112枢接。
本实施例的第一销轴4的两端通过轴承可转动地安装于两个立板上,第一销轴4与井箱111相连,以使推进器本体1能够绕第一销轴4沿图2中箭头所示方向转动。本实施例的支撑臂112设置有两个,两个支撑臂112位于井箱111的上端并伸出井箱111,支撑臂112伸出井箱111的端部设置有第二销轴5。本实施例的起翘机构3为液压缸,液压缸的底座可转动地安装于底板上,液压缸的活塞杆枢接于第二销轴5。当液压缸的活塞杆伸出时,推进器本体1绕第一销轴4沿图2中箭头所示的顺时针方向转动,以到达工位位置。当液压缸的活塞杆收回时,推进器本体1绕第一销轴4沿图2中箭头所示的逆时针方向转动,以呈水平状态,从而方便回收至船舷内侧。
本实施例船舶上的吊舱式推进器,将横移机构2设置于船体100的甲板101上,以将推进器本体1快速加装于船舶上,起翘机构3驱动推进器本体1转动 至工作位置,实现了推进功能。本实施例的吊舱式推进器的结构降低了推进器本体1的加装难度和加装成本,提高了推进器本体1的加装效率。当不使用推进器本体1时,横移机构2将推进器本体1回收至船舷内侧,避免推进器本体1在船舶停靠港口或码头时发生碰撞破坏,提高了对推进器本体1的保护作用。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种吊舱式推进器,包括:
    推进器本体(1);
    横移机构(2),能够设置于船体(100)的甲板(101)上,所述推进器本体(1)活动地设置于所述横移机构(2)上,所述横移机构(2)被配置为能够带动所述推进器本体(1)伸出船舷外侧或回收至所述船舷内侧;以及
    起翘机构(3),设置于所述横移机构(2)上,所述起翘机构(3)与所述推进器本体(1)传动连接;当所述推进器本体(1)伸出所述船舷外侧时,所述起翘机构(3)驱动所述推进器本体(1)相对于所述横移机构(2)转动至工作位置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的吊舱式推进器,其中,所述横移机构(2)包括:
    滑轨(21),能够设置于所述甲板(101)上;
    滑台(22),滑动地设置于所述滑轨(21)上,所述推进器本体(1)活动设置于所述滑台(22)上,所述起翘机构(3)可转动地设置于所述滑台(22)上;以及
    驱动件(23),被配置为驱动所述滑台(22)沿所述滑轨(21)朝向所述船舷外侧滑动;或者,驱动所述滑台(22)沿所述滑轨(21)朝向船舷内侧滑动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的吊舱式推进器,其中,所述滑台(22)包括:
    滑台主体(221),所述滑台主体(221)上具有加装部(2211);以及
    转接座(222),设置于所述加装部(2211)上,所述推进器本体(1)活动地设置于所述转接座(222)上,所述起翘机构(3)可转动地设置于所述转接座(222)上;当所述加装部(2211)、所述转接座(222)与所述推进器本体(1)伸出所述船舷外侧时,所述滑台主体(221)与所述滑轨(21)滑动配合。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的吊舱式推进器,其中,所述转接座(222)包括底板(2221)和立板(2222),所述底板(2221)设置于所述加装部(2211)上,所述底板(2221)上相对的两侧分别设置有所述立板(2222),所述起翘机构(3)可转动地设置于所述底板(2221)上;
    所述推进器本体(1)包括箱体(11),所述箱体(11)通过第一销轴(4)枢接于两个所述立板(2222)之间;所述箱体(11)通过第二销轴(5)枢接于所述起翘机构(3)的输出端,所述箱体(11)能够相对于所述转接座(222)绕所述第一销轴(4)转动。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的吊舱式推进器,其中,所述箱体(11)包括:
    井箱(111),所述第一销轴(4)的两端分别可转动地设置于两个所述立板(2222)上,所述井箱(111)与所述第一销轴(4)相连;
    支撑臂(112),设置于所述井箱(111)上,所述第二销轴(5)的两端设置于所述支撑臂(112)上,所述起翘机构(3)的输出端通过所述第二销轴(5)与所述支撑臂(112)枢接。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的吊舱式推进器,其中,所述滑台(22)还包括:
    耳板(223),设置于所述滑台主体(221)上,所述驱动件(23)的输出端与所述耳板(223)传动连接。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的吊舱式推进器,其中,所述横移机构(2)还包括:
    台座(24),设置于所述滑轨(21)上并位于所述滑台主体(221)的一侧,所述驱动件(23)设置于所述台座(24)上。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的吊舱式推进器,其中,所述横移机构(2)还包括:
    固定件(25),被配置为能够将所述滑台主体(221)与所述台座(24)固定于所述滑轨(21)上。
  9. 根据权利要求1~8中任一项所述的吊舱式推进器,其中,所述起翘机构(3)为液压缸。
  10. 一种船舶,包括船体(100)和船体(100)上的甲板(101),权利要求1~9中任一项所述的吊舱式推进器,其中所述吊舱式推进器的横移机构(2)设置于所述船体(100)的甲板(101)上。
