背景技术
增塑剂,一般也称塑化剂。增塑剂是工业上被广泛使用的高分子材料助剂,在塑料加工中添加这种物质,可以使其柔韧性增强,容易加工,可合法用于工业用途,塑化剂种类繁多,各种塑化剂毒性数据差别很大,比较而言,氯化烃类塑化剂因为含有感光物质毒性较高,而柠檬酸酯类、环氧大豆油塑化剂则被视为无毒塑化剂,在增塑剂的生产过程中,需要对其纯度进行检测。
但是目前市场上常见的增塑剂生产用纯度检测装置在日常使用过程中还是具有些许不足的地方,例如:市场上常见的增塑剂生产用纯度检测装置在使用过程中,通过将检测器放置于增塑剂的内部,从而对增塑剂的纯度进行检测,但是一般增塑剂在存放时间过长时,其内部的成分会发生沉淀,从而导致检测的结果会出现误差,影响正常的数据检测,同时在检测器进入到增塑剂进行检测时,需要将装置的入口打开,容易使外侧的杂物通过装置入口进入到装置的内部,从而使增塑剂内部的成分发生改变,同时在检测结束后,需要手动对检测器进行清洁工作,增大了工作人员的工作量。
实用新型内容
为解决背景技术中存在的技术问题,本实用新型提出一种增塑剂生产用纯度检测装置,包括底座,底座的顶部固定连接有储剂罐,储剂罐的顶部固定连接有盖板,储剂罐的外侧固定连接有显示器,盖板的内部开设有检测口,检测 口的内部活动连接有检测器,检测器的顶部固定连接有移动罩,盖板的顶部固定连接有电源座,电源座的顶部固定连接有开关,储剂罐的外侧固定安装有电机,电机的内侧转动连接有转轴,转轴远离电机的一端固定连接有一号锥齿轮,一号锥齿轮的顶部啮合有二号锥齿轮,二号锥齿轮的顶部固定连接有搅拌柱,检测器的外侧固定连接有密封圈,密封圈的顶部固定连接有软管,软管的顶部固定连接有清洁栅。

优选的,检测器的底部活动连接在储剂罐的内部,电源座与开关对称分布在盖板的顶部。

与现有技术相比,本实用新型的上述技术方案具有如下有益的技术效果:本实用新型通过设置的盖板,当检测器通过盖板顶部开设有检测口进入到储剂罐的内部,对增塑剂的纯度进行检测,这时通过检测器的移动带动其顶部的移动罩进行移动,通过移动罩的移动对电源座顶部的开关进行挤压,这时使电源座打开,通过打开电源座,从而启动电机,使电机带动转轴进行旋转,通过转轴的旋转带动一号锥齿轮进行转动,通过一号锥齿轮与二号锥齿轮的配合使用,从而使搅拌柱在储剂罐的内部进行旋转,这时对增塑剂进行搅拌,防止增塑剂 在长时间的放置的情况下发生沉淀的情况,这时再通过检测器储剂罐内部的增塑剂进行检测,检测的结果在储剂罐外侧的显示器中显示出来,通过检测器的外侧卡接密封圈,通过检测器的向下移动,带动密封圈进行移动,随着密封圈的移动,使进入到盖板内部的检测口中,从而对检测口进行密封,从而外界的杂质进入到储剂罐的内部,影响增塑剂本身的成分,当检测结束后,将检测器从清洁栅的内部移动,这时清洁栅会对检测器进行清理,减轻了工作人员的负担。

如图3-4所示,本实用新型提出的一种增塑剂生产用纯度检测装置,相较于实施例一,本实施例还包括检测器6的外侧固定连接有密封圈15,密封圈15的顶部固定连接有软管16,软管16的顶部固定连接有清洁栅17,密封圈15位于盖板3的顶部,检测器6卡接在清洁栅17的内部,且清洁栅17与检测器6的外侧紧密贴合。
本实施例中,通过检测器6的外侧卡接密封圈15,通过检测器6的向下移动,带动密封圈15进行移动,随着密封圈15的移动,使进入到盖板3内部的检测口5中,从而对检测口5进行密封,从而外界的杂质进入到储剂罐2的内部,影响增塑剂本身的成分,当检测结束后,将检测器6从清洁栅17的内部移动,这时清洁栅17会对检测器6进行清理,减轻了工作人员的负担。
