一种电磁加热的结构 技术领域
本发明涉及电子烟技术领域,具体为一种电磁加热的结构。
背景技术
电子烟是一种模仿卷烟的电子产品,有着与卷烟一样的外观、烟雾、味道和感觉,目前的电子烟常采用磁感应加热,多以平面型的磁感应材料来切割磁力线进行加热。
技术问题
但是现有的电磁加热过程中,常使用平面的电磁加热材料也就是电磁片,由于非常薄,其强度很低,极易弯折,因此无法先安装好被加热物体再安装电磁片,使得安装工艺复杂,效率低下。
技术解决方案
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种电磁加热的结构具备能够提高电磁加热片的强度,使其可快速稳定的***被加热物体内部的优点,解决了现有技术中使用到的电磁片,由于非常薄,其强度很低,极易弯折,因此无法先安装好被加热物体再安装电磁片的问题。
为实现上述的目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种电磁加热的结构,包括过滤棉、中空降温区、隔离件、颗粒填充物和纸管以及水淞纸,其特征在于:所述过滤棉和中空降温区以及隔离件均位于纸管内部,所述过滤棉固定嵌设于所述纸管的内壁下端,所述中空降温区与过滤棉的顶部固定连接,所述隔离件固定设于所述中空降温区的顶部,所述颗粒填充物填充设于所述纸管的内部上端,所述水淞纸套设于所述纸管的外侧,并与纸管固定套接;
所述颗粒填充物的内部插接设有电磁片,所述电磁片呈折弯设置,且折弯部位设有折弯角;
所述颗粒填充物的外侧设有封口纸,所述封口纸与纸管配合设置,并与水淞纸固定连接。
优选的,所述折弯角的数量为一个或多个。
优选的,所述电磁片可位于颗粒填充物内部进行多个对称设置。
优选的,所述电磁片与外部电磁加热器配合设置。
优选的,所述电磁片折弯设置,且折弯角度为在5度-178度之间。
优选的,所述电磁片的两侧下端均开设有斜面,所述电磁片的底部呈锥形设置,所述斜面倾斜度在15度-75度之间。
优选的,所述颗粒填充物的外侧设有过滤棉,所述过滤棉与纸管配合设置,并与水淞纸固定连接;所述过滤棉的厚度为1mm-7mm。
有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种电磁加热的结构,具备以下有益效果:
1、该电磁加热的结构,通过设有的电磁片和折弯角,通过将电磁片进行折弯,且可进行多次折弯,使得电磁片能够在颗粒填充物添加结束后稳定***至颗粒填充物内部,改变电磁片的安装方式,同时提高电磁片的安装强度。
2、该电磁加热的结构,通过多个电磁片的设置,能够提高电磁片与外部电磁加热器连通时对周围颗粒填充物进行加热均匀性。

本发明的最佳实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1-2,一种电磁加热的结构,包括过滤棉1、中空降温区2、隔离件3、颗粒填充物4和纸管5以及水淞纸6,过滤棉1和中空降温区2以及隔离件3均位于纸管5内部,过滤棉1固定嵌设于纸管5的内壁下端,中空降温区2与过滤棉1的顶部固定连接,隔离件3固定设于中空降温区2的顶部,颗粒填充物4填充设于纸管5的内部上端,水淞纸6套设于纸管5的外侧,并与纸管5固定套接;
颗粒填充物4的内部插接设有电磁片7,电磁片7呈折弯设置,且折弯部位设有折弯角8;
颗粒填充物4的外侧设有封口纸9,封口纸9与纸管5配合设置,并与水淞纸6固定连接,完成对电子烟的整体成型。
在另一种实施例中,所述颗粒填充物4的外侧设有过滤棉11(图中未示出),通过过滤棉11代替封口纸9,所述过滤棉11与纸管5配合设置,并与水淞纸6固定连接;所述过滤棉的厚度为1mm-7mm。
折弯角8的数量为一个或多个,依次提高电磁片7的安装强度。
电磁片7可位于颗粒填充物4内部进行多个对称设置,使得多个电磁片7发热时可将热量均匀充分的送入颗粒填充物4内部各处。
电磁片7与外部电磁加热器配合设置,能够通过电磁加热器使得电磁片7发热,并带动颗粒填充物4进行燃烧。
电磁片7可以是平面设置的,另外一方面,电磁片7也可以是折弯设置,且折弯角度为在5度-178度之间,提高电磁片7的安装强度。
电磁片7的两侧下端均开设有斜面10,电磁片7的底部呈锥形设置,斜面10倾斜度在15度-75度之间,使得电磁片7在安装时能够稳定快速的***至颗粒填充物4内部。
综上,该电磁加热的结构,在使用时,将过滤棉1、中空降温区2、隔离件3和颗粒填充物4依次填充设于纸管5的内部,随后当颗粒填充物4填充结束后,由于电磁片7呈折弯设置,从而使得电磁片7的强度得到提高,工作人员可将电磁片7***至颗粒填充物4内部,而通过斜面10的设置,并通过大力按压,使得电磁片7能够稳定通畅的进入颗粒填充物4中,同时可通过多个电磁片7进行***,使得电磁片7与外部电磁加热器连接时,使得多个电磁片7能够稳定均匀的将热量输送至颗粒填充物4内部,最后将封口纸9和水淞纸6与纸管5连接,完成整体成型。

  1. 一种电磁加热的结构,包括过滤棉(1)、中空降温区(2)、隔离件(3)、颗粒填充物(4)和纸管(5)以及水淞纸(6),其特征在于:所述过滤棉(1)和中空降温区(2)以及隔离件(3)均位于纸管(5)内部,所述过滤棉(1)固定嵌设于所述纸管(5)的内壁下端,所述中空降温区(2)与过滤棉(1)的顶部固定连接,所述隔离件(3)固定设于所述中空降温区(2)的顶部,所述颗粒填充物(4)填充设于所述纸管(5)的内部上端,所述水淞纸(6)套设于所述纸管(5)的外侧,并与纸管(5)固定套接;
    所述颗粒填充物(4)的内部插接设有电磁片(7),所述电磁片(7)呈折弯设置,且折弯部位设有折弯角(8);
    所述颗粒填充物(4)的外侧设有封口纸(9),所述封口纸(9)与纸管(5)配合设置,并与水淞纸(6)固定连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电磁加热的结构,其特征在于:所述折弯角(8)的数量为一个或多个。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种电磁加热的结构,其特征在于:所述电磁片(7)可位于颗粒填充物(4)内部进行多个对称设置。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种电磁加热的结构,其特征在于:所述电磁片(7)与外部电磁加热器配合设置。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电磁加热的结构,其特征在于:所述电磁片(7)折弯设置,且折弯角度为在5度-178度之间。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电磁加热的结构,其特征在于:所述电磁片(7)的两侧下端均开设有斜面(10),所述电磁片(7)的底部呈锥形设置,所述斜面(10)倾斜度在15度-75度之间。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电磁加热的结构,其特征在于:所述颗粒填充物(4)的外侧设有过滤棉(11),所述过滤棉(11)与纸管(5)配合设置,并与水淞纸(6)固定连接;所述过滤棉的厚度为1mm-7mm。
