Abstract

一种磁液双悬浮轴承，包括主轴（4）、定子（2）及转子（30），定子（2）的壳体（1）内设有径向磁极（18）、导磁套（12），径向磁极（18）成对设置，每个径向磁极（18）均设有径向线圈（33）、径向进油孔（15），径向磁极（18）的端部设置有不导磁多孔介质垫片；定子（2）的轴向还固定有轴向磁极（14），轴向磁极（14）成对设置，轴向磁极（14）上套有轴向线圈（9），转子（30）两侧的轴向磁极（14）分别与第一永磁体（13）和第二永磁体（35）形成磁通回路，永磁体（13，35）的外径侧设置有碳纤维包覆增强层；定子（2）轴向设有轴向进油孔（16）、轴向绕线孔（19），径向设有出油口（36）、径向绕线孔（11）。通过将径向磁液双悬浮轴承与轴向磁液双悬浮轴承结合成一体，缩短了整个磁液双悬浮***的轴向长度，可适用于狭小的空间，且减少了轴承的加工装配误差。
