Abstract

La présente invention concerne un disjoncteur (1) qui comprend : un contact fixe (21) ; une pièce mobile (4) ayant un contact mobile (41) ; un élément mobile de contrainte thermique (5) qui se déforme en association avec un changement de température ; un corps de boîtier (7) dans lequel est formé un évidement de réception (73) pour recevoir le contact fixe (21) et l'élément mobile de contrainte thermique (5) ; et un élément de couvercle (8) intégré à la pièce mobile (4), l'élément de couvercle (8) étant fixé au corps de boîtier (7) et recouvrant l'évidement de réception (73). La pièce mobile (4) a une borne (42) qui fait saillie vers le côté externe de l'élément de couvercle (8) et est connectée à un circuit externe, et une partie de fixation (43) qui est enterrée et fixée à l'élément de couvercle (8) entre une partie élastique (44) et la borne (42). L'élément de couvercle (8) a une saillie (81) qui fait saillie vers le corps de boîtier (7) afin d'enfouir la partie de fixation (43). Le corps de boîtier (7) a une partie soudée (74) qui est soudée à la saillie (81), et une partie en saillie (75) qui fait saillie vers l'élément de couvercle (8) entre l'évidement de réception (73) et la partie soudée (74).
