具体实施方式
为使本申请的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面结合附图对本申请的具体实施方式做详细的说明。在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本申请。但是本申请能够以很多不同于在此描述的其它方式来实施,本领域技术人员可以在不违背本申请内涵的情况下做类似改进,因此本申请不受下面公开的具体实施例的限制。
如图1、图2、图8和图10所示,在一个实施例中,提供了一种侧窗包边机构10,包括:
灯组组件11;
包边框架12,所述包边框架12围成了用于安装玻璃21的安装口121。如图8所示,所述包边框架12上背向汽车内的一侧面为外侧面,所述包边框架12的外侧面设有安装槽122。如图1、图2和图10所示,所述灯组组件11可拆卸的安装在所述安装槽122中,所述安装槽122的相对两侧壁上分别设有插接部123和卡接部124;
如图2至图4,以及图9所示,所述灯组组件11上与所述插接部123对应的位置设有插接配合部111,所述插接配合部111和所述插接部123两者其中一者可拆卸的插在另一者中;
所述灯组组件11上与所述卡接部124对应的位置设有卡扣件112,所述卡扣件112可拆卸的与所 述卡接部124卡扣配合。
上述方案提供的一种侧窗包边机构10,通过在所述安装槽122的相对两侧壁上分别设置所述插接部123和所述卡接部124,从而使得所述灯组组件11能够可拆卸的安装在所述安装槽122中,在需要更换或维护所述灯组组件11时,可以从所述包边框架12上将所述灯组组件11拆下,提高操作的便利性,降低维护成本。装配过程中,先将所述插接配合部111与所述插接部123插接在一起,然后将所述灯组组件11按压入所述安装槽122中,直至所述卡扣件112与所述卡接部124卡扣配合在一起。在需要拆卸时,先将所述卡扣件112与所述卡接部124之间拆开,然后将所述灯组组件11从所述安装槽122中取出。
在一实施例中,如图2和图3所示,所述插接部123包括设置在所述安装槽122的侧壁上的插孔,所述插接配合部111包括设置在所述灯组组件11上的定位凸起,所述定位凸起可拆卸的插在所述插孔中。
可选地,在另一实施例中,所述插接部123可以包括设置在所述安装槽122的侧壁上的凸起结构,所述插接配合部111包括设置在所述灯组组件11上的凹陷结构,所述凸起结构可拆卸的插在所述凹陷结构中。
进一步地,在一实施例中,如图2和图4所示,所述卡接部124包括在所述安装槽122的侧壁上设置的卡接孔,所述卡扣件112可拆卸的卡扣在所述卡接孔中。
进一步地,在一个实施例中,如图8所示,所述安装槽122上设有所述插接部123的侧壁为第一侧壁1221,所述安装槽122上设有所述卡接部124的侧壁为第二侧壁1222,所述第一侧壁1221和所述第二侧壁1222在远离所述安装口121的方向上依次布置,所述第二侧壁1222位于所述包边框架12的外缘。如图2和图4所示,所述卡接孔形成于所述第二侧壁1222上,所述卡接孔沿远离所述安装口121的方向贯通所述包边框架12。
从而如图2和图4所示,当所述灯组组件11安装在所述安装槽122中时,在所述包边框架12外能够抵推到所述卡扣件112,从而将所述灯组组件11从所述包边框架12上拆下。如图2至图4所示,安装时利用所述卡扣件112自身的弹性变形能力将所述卡扣件112按压到所述卡接孔中,使得所述卡扣件112勾在所述卡接孔中。在需要更换所述灯组组件11时,从所述包边框架12外抵推勾在所述卡接孔中的卡扣件112,使得所述卡扣件112脱离所述卡接孔,在此基础上将所述灯组组件11取出。
进一步地,如图1和图8所示,所述侧窗包边机构10应用于汽车上时车头所在一侧为所述安装口121的前侧,所述安装槽122位于所述安装口121的后侧。
所述第二侧壁1222位于所述包边框架12的后侧边缘,如图2至图4所示,所述卡接孔贯穿所述包边框架12的后表面。
如图2所示,当所述侧窗包边机构10应用于汽车上时,所述卡接孔暴露在所述汽车的侧围钣金30和流水槽钣金40外。从而在更换所述灯组组件11时,无需将所述包边框架12和玻璃21从汽车上拆下,进一步提高维护的便利性。
进一步地,在一个实施例中,如图1、图2、图5、图6、图7、图11和图12所示,所述侧窗包边机构10还包括装饰件13,所述装饰件13设置在所述包边框架12外侧,且所述装饰件13遮蔽在所述卡接孔背离所述安装口121的一侧。所述装饰件13对所述卡接孔起到遮蔽作用,提升外观整体完整性。
进一步地,当所述侧窗包边机构10应用于汽车上时,如图2所示,所述侧围钣金30的后侧设有流水槽钣金40,所述装饰件13与所述流水槽钣金40抵接,将所述包边框架12遮蔽在内。而且所述装饰件13与所述流水槽钣金40之间抵接也起到一定的防水效果。
进一步地,在一个实施例中,如图8所示,所述第一侧壁1221上设有多个所述插接部123,多个所述插接部123沿所述第一侧壁1221的长度方向依次间隔布置。如图9所示,所述灯组组件11上设有多个所述插接配合部111,所述插接配合部111与所述插接部123一一对应布置。
进一步地,如图8所示,在一个实施例中,所述第二侧壁1222上设有多个所述卡接孔,多个所述卡接孔沿所述第二侧壁1222的长度方向依次间隔布置。
如图7、图11和图12所示,所述装饰件13为长条板,所述装饰件13的长度方向与所述第二侧壁1222的长度方向一致,所述装饰件13遮蔽在各个所述卡接孔背离所述安装口121的一侧。在所述装饰件13的遮蔽下,从外侧无法查看到所述卡接孔。当需要拆除所述灯组组件11时,可以先将所述装饰件13卸下,卡接孔露处后再进行后续拆卸过程。
进一步地,所述玻璃21安装在所述安装口121中可以包括以下步骤,先将所述玻璃21和所述包边框架12一起放入成型模具中,然后在两者之间注入软质塑料17使得两者一体成型在一起。
如图2和图3所示,所述软质塑料17布置在所述玻璃21的外缘处。
进一步地,在一个实施例中,如图1、图11和图12所示,所述侧窗包边机构10还包括亮条14,所述亮条14设置在所述灯组组件11上背离所述安装槽122底壁的一侧。如图2、图3、图7、图11和图12所示,所述亮条14的相对两侧边中其中一侧边与所述软质塑料17抵接,另一侧边与所述装饰件13的一长边抵接,所述装饰件13的另一长边位于所述包边框架12面向汽车内的一侧。
最终如图11和图12所示,所述灯组组件11和所述安装槽122被所述亮条14和所述装饰件13完全遮蔽在内。
所述亮条14与所述灯组组件11之间可以粘连也可以卡接,在这里不做具体限制。
进一步地,如图1、图5、图8至图10所示,在一个实施例中,所述第二侧壁1222还设有第一连接通孔125,所述灯组组件11上与所述第一连接通孔125相对的位置还设有第二连接通孔113,所述侧 窗包边机构10还包括第一连接件15,所述第一连接件15穿过所述第一连接通孔125和所述第二连接通孔113连接所述灯组组件11与所述包边框架12。所述装饰件13遮蔽在所述第一连接件15背离所述安装口121的一侧。
通过所述第一连接件15进一步提升所述灯组组件11与所述包边框架12之间连接的可靠性。同理,所述第一连接件15也被所述装饰件13遮蔽在内。
进一步地,如图6、图7、图11和图12所示,在一个实施例中,所述侧窗包边机构10还包括第二连接件16,所述装饰件13上设有第三连接通孔131,所述包边框架12上与所述第三连接通孔131对应的位置设有第四连接通孔(图中未示出)或连接槽126,所述第二连接件16穿过所述第三连接通孔131而***所述第四连接通孔或所述连接槽126中,连接所述装饰件13与所述包边框架12。
如图6所示,当所述装饰件13通过所述第二连接件16与所述包边框架12连接在一起时,所述亮条14的一侧边被所述装饰件13抵压在靠近所述安装口121的一侧。
在一些实施例中,所述第一连接件15可以为螺钉。同理所述第二连接件16也可以为螺钉。或者在其他实施例中,所述第一连接件15或所述第二连接件16也可以为其他能够起到连接的器件,在这里不做具体限制。
进一步地,在又一实施例中,如图1和图2所示,提供了一种侧窗包边玻璃总成20,包括玻璃21和上述的侧窗包边机构10,所述玻璃21安装在所述安装口121中。
上述方案提供的一种侧窗包边玻璃总成20,通过采用上述任一实施例中所述的侧窗包边机构10,以提高灯组组件11更换和维护时的操作便利性。而且在维护过程中能够保持所述玻璃21完好无损,有效降低维护成本。
在一个实施例中,所述玻璃21与所述包边框架12一体成型连接。
加工过程中可以将所述玻璃21和所述包边框架12一起放入成型模具中,然后在两者之间注入软质塑料使得两者成型在一起。所述软质塑料可以为TPE(Thermoplastic Elastomer,热塑性弹性体)、PVC(Polyvinyl chloride,聚氯乙烯)、或PU(polyurethane,聚氨酯)。
进一步地,如图2和图3所示,在一个实施例中,所述定位凸起111***所述插孔123中的部分位于所述玻璃21面向汽车内的一侧。所述定位凸起111抵压在所述包边框架12的内侧。
进一步地,在又一实施例中,提供了一种汽车,包括上述的侧窗包边玻璃总成20。
上述方案提供的一种汽车,通过采用上述任一实施例中所述的侧窗包边玻璃总成20,有效提升灯组组件11更换和维护的操作便利性,同时降低维护成本。
在本申请的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”、“顺时针”、“逆 时针”、“轴向”、“径向”、“周向”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本申请和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制。

在本申请中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,第一特征在第二特征“上”或“下”可以是第一和第二特征直接接触,或第一和第二特征通过中间媒介间接接触。而且,第一特征在第二特征“之上”、“上方”和“上面”可是第一特征在第二特征正上方或斜上方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度高于第二特征。第一特征在第二特征“之下”、“下方”和“下面”可以是第一特征在第二特征正下方或斜下方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度小于第二特征。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种侧窗包边机构,其特征在于,包括:
    灯组组件;及
    包边框架,所述包边框架围成了用于安装玻璃的安装口,所述包边框架上背向汽车内的一侧面为外侧面,所述包边框架的外侧面设有安装槽,所述灯组组件可拆卸的安装在所述安装槽中,所述安装槽的相对两侧壁上分别设有插接部和卡接部;
    所述灯组组件上与所述插接部对应的位置设有插接配合部,所述插接配合部和所述插接部两者其中一者可拆卸的插在另一者中;
    所述灯组组件上与所述卡接部对应的位置设有卡扣件,所述卡扣件可拆卸的与所述卡接部卡扣配合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的侧窗包边机构,其特征在于,所述安装槽上设有所述插接部的侧壁为第一侧壁,所述安装槽上设有所述卡接部的侧壁为第二侧壁,所述第一侧壁和所述第二侧壁在远离所述安装口的方向上依次布置,所述第二侧壁位于所述包边框架的外缘,所述卡接部包括在所述第二侧壁上设置的卡接孔,所述卡扣件可拆卸的卡扣在所述卡接孔中,所述卡接孔沿远离所述安装口的方向贯通所述包边框架。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的侧窗包边机构,其特征在于,所述侧窗包边机构还包括装饰件,所述装饰件设置在所述包边框架外侧,且所述装饰件遮蔽在所述卡接孔背离所述安装口的一侧。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的侧窗包边机构,其特征在于,所述第一侧壁上设有多个所述插接部,多个所述插接部沿所述第一侧壁的长度方向依次间隔布置;
    所述第二侧壁上设有多个所述卡接孔,多个所述卡接孔沿所述第二侧壁的长度方向依次间隔布置,所述装饰件为长条板,所述装饰件的长度方向与所述第二侧壁的长度方向一致,所述装饰件遮蔽在各个所述卡接孔背离所述安装口的一侧。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的侧窗包边机构,其特征在于,所述包边框架能够与所述玻璃之间通过注入软质塑料一体成型连接,所述侧窗包边机构还包括亮条,所述亮条设置在所述灯组组件上背离所述安装槽底壁的一侧,所述亮条的相对两侧边中其中一侧边与所述软质塑料抵接,另一侧边与所述装饰件的一长边抵接,所述装饰件的另一长边位于所述包边框架面向汽车内的一侧。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的侧窗包边机构,其特征在于,所述亮条与所述灯组组件粘接或卡接。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的侧窗包边机构,其特征在于,所述第二侧壁还设有第一连接通孔,所述灯组组件上与所述第一连接通孔相对的位置还设有第二连接通孔,所述侧窗包边机构还包括第一连接件,所述第一连接件穿过所述第一连接通孔和所述第二连接通孔连接所述灯组组件与所述包边框架,所述装饰件遮蔽在所述第一连接件背离所述安装口的一侧。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的侧窗包边机构,其特征在于,所述侧窗包边机构还包括第二连接件,所述装饰件上设有第三连接通孔,所述包边框架上与所述第三连接通孔对应的位置设有第四连接通孔或连接槽,所述第二连接件穿过所述第三连接通孔而***所述第四连接通孔或所述连接槽中,连接所述装饰件与所述包边框架。
  9. 根据权利要求1至7任一项所述的侧窗包边机构,其特征在于,应用于汽车上时车头所在一侧为所述安装口的前侧,所述安装槽位于所述安装口的后侧。
  10. 一种侧窗包边玻璃总成,其特征在于,包括玻璃和权利要求1至9任一项所述的侧窗包边机构,所述玻璃安装在所述安装口中。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的侧窗包边玻璃总成,其特征在于,所述玻璃与所述包边框架一体成型连接。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的侧窗包边玻璃总成,其特征在于,所述插接部包括设置在所述安装槽的侧壁上的插孔,所述插接配合部包括设置在所述灯组组件上的定位凸起,所述定位凸起可拆卸的插在所述插孔中,所述定位凸起***所述插孔中的部分位于所述玻璃面向汽车内的一侧。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述的侧窗包边玻璃总成,其特征在于,所述插接部包括设置在所述安装槽 的侧壁上的凸起结构,所述插接配合部包括设置在所述灯组组件上的凹陷结构,所述凸起结构可拆卸的插在所述凹陷结构中。
  14. 一种汽车,其特征在于,包括权利要求10至13任一项所述的侧窗包边玻璃总成。
